www.commsolutionsmn.com- Minnesota... you've got some money to spend! Where did all this "free money" come from? We all know that there's no such thing. Any money that government doles out always comes with strings. Well, the money that comes as part of the CARES Act is no different. Cities need to figure out how to spend this money by November 15th, or it gets kicked up to the counties. Oh, do they have ideas.
These cities are like kids in a candy store. They are looking to upgrade technology, purchase PPE, business and nonprofit grants, food, shelter, and financial assistance. Moorhead seems to take the cake with cleaning air duct systems, public building improvements, telework equipment, salary increases, and more wasteful spending. In fact, the Moorehead city council would like to send some of this money over to North Dakota as well. As usual, we have some ideas on how to help the communities without necessarily having to spend all sorts of our money.
We also discuss the death of Kamala... The Ugandan Giant (James Harris), and the resurrection of Kamala the VP candidate. We're not sure how she actually helps the ticket, but we try to figure it out. R.I.P. big guy. You were always the better of the two.
