www.commsolutionsmn.com- We're in the thick of the Coronavirus outbreak here in the United States, and we're watching government step up and take away our liberties. As I write this, we just entered a state-wide "Stay-At-Home" order. We review the written order and compare it to the Governor's radio address. The two versions aren't exactly the same... and we're not sure why. While he said that he was asking people to stay home, there is a possibility of a misdemeanor, up to 90 days in jail, and up to $1000 fine. We uncover an article that shows that Golden Valley was investigating whether they could issue a shelter-in-place order ahead of Governor Walz's executive order. The mayor of Los Angeles is threatening to shut off the water and power to nonessential businesses that remain open during their shelter-in-place order. In American Fork, Utah, a criminal was let out of jail because of the Coronavirus, broke into a home, and attacked a lady with a knife. In Wake County, North Carolina, all new pistol and conceal carry permits have been halted.
Also Congress just passed a $2 Trillion relief bill to try and keep America afloat. The Minnesota Legislature is trying to follow in their footsteps by passing a $330 Million spending bill. What's in all of this spending? Time will tell, but I'm sure its all extremely frugal and necessary.
